Invoices
You receive a PDF invoice by email after every successful charge.
You can download invoices at any time on the platform, via the Plans page: Manage subscription.
Each invoice lists the plan name, billing period, price in the charged currency, and any taxes.
VAT
Prices on our Plans are net; VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country and tax status.
To have VAT itemised on your invoice, in Stripe checkout, tick “I am buying as a business”, enter your Company name and your VAT ID, German Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer. Example format DE123456789.
Receipts
Stripe also emails a payment receipt. The receipt confirms the charge; the invoice is your tax document.
You also get receipts through your payment method, such as your credit card provider or PayPal.
Update or fix billing details
Update company name, address, VAT ID, and payment method through our Plans page: Manage subscription.
Changes apply to future invoices. If an issued invoice contains an error, contact support, and we will help you with a corrected document or a credit note 😉.
Common issues
VAT ID rejected, use the full format with country code, make sure the Business box is checked, and the billing country matches the VAT ID.
Did not receive the invoice, check spam, or download it from our Plan page: Manage Subscription.
