What this is, in short
The Lip-Sync API uses the same token system as the CHAMELAION platform. Your API jobs consume tokens from your account balance, so it is important to understand how usage is calculated and where to check your remaining balance.
How token usage works
Lip-Sync is billed by processed time. If your workflow also uses other CHAMELAION services, those can consume additional tokens depending on the feature.
Your total token usage depends on:
the duration of the processed media,
the number of outputs or languages.
Where to check your balance
To see how many tokens you still have left:
log in to the CHAMELAION platform,
click your profile icon,
review your current plan, used tokens, remaining tokens, and next reset date.
How to top up or change your plan
If you need more tokens:
open the Plans page,
upgrade your plan or buy extra tokens for the current cycle.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrades usually apply from the next billing cycle.
Extra token packages are one-time purchases for the current cycle only.
Unused tokens do not roll over into the next cycle.
